Who we are
ScopeLock is operated by Calevent Inc. This policy explains how ScopeLock handles data.

What ScopeLock stores
Account details such as name and email; business name; change order data including project name, client name, client email, client phone, work items, cost, payment terms, note, approval link tokens; signatures captured as client drawings; PDFs generated by ScopeLock; approval and rejection events; IP addresses collected at signing; subscription and billing status; and customer support messages.

Why ScopeLock stores it
To provide the service, create signed change orders, deliver PDFs, keep an audit record, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse and comply with law.

How payment is handled
Stripe processes card payments. ScopeLock does not store raw card numbers.

Email and SMS
ScopeLock can send approval links, signed PDF copies and account messages. Phone numbers are used only to send approval links via text when requested.

Cloudflare
Cloudflare provides site hosting and security.

Retention
ScopeLock keeps account and change order records while the account is active or reasonably needed for legal, audit or operational reasons.

Legal basis
ScopeLock processes data to perform the contract, pursue legitimate interests, meet legal obligations, or with consent.

International transfers
Data may be processed outside your country. These providers generally offer transfer safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port or limit the use of your data. Email contact@calyvent.com to make a request.

Children
ScopeLock is not directed to children under 13.

Changes
ScopeLock may update this policy from time to time.
