Agreement
By using ScopeLock, you agree to these terms.

What ScopeLock is
ScopeLock is a tool for creating, sending and signing change orders. It is not a contract generator, law firm or payment processor.

Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Change orders and approvals
ScopeLock hosts the approval flow and stores signatures and PDFs. Each party is responsible for reviewing the work, cost and terms before signing.

Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. ScopeLock does not handle or store card details.

Plans and billing
Free accounts may use the free tier indefinitely. Pro accounts are billed monthly until cancelled.

Acceptable use
Do not misuse ScopeLock, violate laws, interfere with the service or use it to harm others.

Intellectual property
ScopeLock owns the platform. You own your content. You grant ScopeLock a limited license to operate and improve the service.

Data and deletion
ScopeLock stores what is needed to run the service. You may request account or data deletion by emailing contact@calyvent.com.

Availability
ScopeLock may change, suspend or stop parts of the service at any time.

Liability
ScopeLock is provided as-is. Calevent Inc. is not liable for damages arising from use of the service.

Changes
ScopeLock may update these terms from time to time.
